1. What are cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage do the same job. They help a site remember your choices.
2. What this site uses
We keep this to a minimum. At the time of writing this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Language preference (local storage, key “ll-lang”): remembers whether you chose English or Telugu so it applies on every page. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Form security (cookie “ll_session”): set only when you open the Contact or Careers page, so that we can check a form was sent from our own site and show you the result after sending. It is strictly necessary, holds no personal details and is deleted when you close your browser.
- Staff sign-in (cookie “ll_admin”): used only by Life Line staff who sign in to the admin area. Visitors never receive it.
3. Third-party content
Some content is loaded from other services, which may set their own cookies or record your IP address when your browser fetches it:
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces used on the site.
- OpenStreetMap, for the map tiles on the Home, Areas and Contact pages.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and stored site data in your browser settings. If you clear local storage the site simply forgets your language choice and shows English until you pick again. If you block cookies for this site, the Contact and Careers forms cannot be sent — please call or WhatsApp us instead. Blocking third-party content may stop the map from loading.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add analytics or other cookies in future we will update this page and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
