It depends on the patient’s condition, whether you need a 12-hour or 24-hour shift, and whether a nurse or an attendant is required. We quote the exact amount on the phone before anyone is sent — no hidden charges are added later.
How soon can someone come?
In most parts of Hyderabad we place staff the same day. For discharges we prefer a day’s notice so the right person is assigned. Equipment is usually delivered within a few hours.
Can we ask for a female attendant?
Yes. Both male and female staff are available. For elderly women and baby care most families prefer a female attendant.
Do you handle bedridden and ventilator patients?
Yes — bedridden, tracheostomy, Ryle’s tube, catheter and ventilator-dependent patients are cared for at home, with equipment installed and nurses trained for that level of care.
